Sr. Customer ServiceMy role as a Licensed Service/Sales Producer is that of Retention Specialist working in the New Castle office. I have worked in the Insurance Industry for 40 yrs in multiple roles, having acquired my CISR Insurance Designation in 1998. My insurance career ranges from rating policies to managing teams and work flow processes. I began my employment with the agency in 2011 after retiring from a National Insurance company as a Call Center Team Manager. The majority of my career with the agency has been in a Sales and Service role before assuming my current role. I enjoy the personal service that working at a local agency provides. I have worked as a Independent Contractor in retail sales, managing three Sales Associates. I was born and raised in a rural township of New Castle, where I currently reside with my finance, Les. He is an Independent Contractor in the Waterproofing Industry. What I enjoy most is bonding time with my family including nieces, nephews, and most recently a grandson, Blake. My favorite summer pastime includes boating and golfing; whereas, winter months are more laid back spent with family and friends.
